Apply for a VIP week by filling out the short questionnaire linked below. Include the week (dates) you'd like to book. I will respond within 24 hours with next steps.
Step 1:
Once approved, I'll send over a contract, and you'll secure your VIP week by paying a 50% deposit. If you're writing your own content, I'll provide you with a content workbook. If we are writing your content I will send you a questionnaire regarding your brand voice, offers etc.
Step 2:
Send me all the things. Photos, fonts, content, etc. All materials must be provided at least 24 hours BEFORE our start date. Don't worry, I will provide a check list, and send reminders.
Step 3:
On the first day of our VIP week, we will have a kick-off call via Zoom to go over the process, the direction of the site, and ask any questions we have.
Step 4:
Throughout the week you will need to be available via Voxxer or email to approve designs, or answer any questions we might have regarding the website. We know you have a business to run, but It's requested that you're able to respond within 24 hours.
Step 5:
At the end of the week, we launch your site and you walk away with a tailored website just for you and your business! I'll be available for 30 days post launch for any issues that may arise. You will also have access to the Blue Sage Creative Showit help library.
Step 6:
A Look at the Process
You will need to be available for our kick-off call, and then after that we can communicate via email or Voxxer. I encourage clients to respond to any communication during that time within 24 hours.
do i need to be available the everday of the vip week?
You will need to have your branding in place, and licensing to any premium fonts you'd like used on your website.
do you provide fonts?
You will need to provide your own brand photos and source an stock imagery you'd like on your website. I can recommend premium and free stock websites
do you provide stock photos?
I will send you a checklist once we book. However, I always recommend having your brand photography done, and your content written (unless we are writing it.) You will also need to have your branding in place.
what do I need to prepare for our vip design week?
The Signature Suite includes keyword research and copywriting. Aka - we will write your content for you. The Foundations package includes a content workbook for you to write your own content.
what is the difference between the two packages?
Yes! The templates are designed for Showit only. The VIP Website in a Week is only available for Showit users.
